After a record-breaking 2024, GroundsFest is returning in September 2025—and all signs point to an even bigger, more engaging event. With 91% of 2024 exhibitors rebooking and more than 50 new names confirmed, the show’s momentum is impossible to ignore.
The event takes place on 9–10 September 2025 at Stoneleigh Park in Warwickshire. If you’ve attended before, you can expect a larger footprint this year, along with more live demonstrations and more chances to see and test equipment on your own terms. Among the first-time exhibitors are major players like DEWALT, Bosch Outdoor Garden, and AMAZONE Ltd, accompanying returning exhibitors like Kersten, Howardson Group, Toro, and (of course!) IGFH.

GroundsFest has become one of the most anticipated dates in the IGFH calendar, being one of the rare chances in the year where we get to meet so many others in the industry (many of whom have fast become lifelong friends), see what’s new, and be part of the conversations shaping the future of turf management.
One of the big highlights for us is always the outdoor demonstrations. There’s no substitute for seeing machinery in action, and with even more space this year, we’re expecting to see bigger demos and even more variety.
We’re also excited to explore the indoor zones. Between the exhibitor stands, seminar theatres, and sector-specific areas, there’s a brilliant mix of equipment, education, and innovation under one roof. We’ll definitely be spending time at the live interactive stations, which offer real, useful takeaways you can bring straight back to your site or facility.
The machinery workshops are another must-do for us—practical, focused, and a great way to pick up new tricks on maintenance and performance from the people who know the kit best.
GroundsFest 2025 is particularly special in that it marks the launch of the GroundsFest Academy, a new training initiative led in collaboration with IGFH’s own Bradley Tennant, who serves as Director of Education.
The Academy launched this spring with a sold-out practical session hosted at DLF UK’s research and production facility. Attendees included professional grounds staff, educators, volunteers, and even suppliers looking to expand their technical knowledge.
The growth of both GroundsFest and its Academy shows how quickly the event is evolving into a growing hub for skills, recruitment, networking, and collaboration.
More free GroundsFest Academy education days are already being planned. In the meantime, you can register now for GroundsFest 2025 or follow @GroundsFest on social media for updates and announcements.
