Bradley Tennant, Director of International Greenkeepers For Hire and Director of Education for the GroundsFest Academy, has been named one of the winners of the Grounds Management Association’s (GMA) first-ever 35 under 35 initiative, recognising the next generation of talented professionals and volunteers making a real impact in the grounds management sector.

Launched in April and supported by ICL, a global leader in turf and landscape solutions, the programme celebrates individuals under the age of 35 who have made a significant impact across all types of green spaces, including professional sports grounds, community parks, grassroots venues and roles beyond the tools such as management and sales.

“We were absolutely blown away by the number and calibre of applications for the 35 under 35 programme,” said Jennifer Carter, Director of Communications and Marketing at the GMA. “It was inspiring to see so many young professionals making a real difference across the industry. The programme celebrates those pushing boundaries and shaping the future of grounds management.”

Brad was selected for his outstanding contributions to the grounds management industry. As a winner, they will gain exclusive access to technical and agronomic training developed by the GMA and ICL, as well as unique opportunities to engage with peers and industry leaders at SALTEX, Europe’s cutting-edge grounds management event.
“I’m honoured to be recognised in the GMA 35 under 35, we’ve helped a lot of people over the last few years with education, finding work and bringing new talent into the industry. Long may it continue!” said Brad.

The GMA congratulates all winners for their achievements and looks forward to following their continued success in advancing the industry. For more information about the programme, visit thegma.org.uk/35under35.
